Jill Blakley

Jill Blakley is professor of regional and urban planning at the University of Saskatchewan. She is a researcher and consultant in cumulative effects assessment methodologies and best practices, particularly for natural resource megaprojects and regional development programs. She is the co-editor, with Aimée Craft, of In Our Backyard: Keeyask and the Legacy of Hydroelectric Development.
