Richard Jochelson is a professor and Dean of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Manitoba. Before entering academia, he worked at one of Canada’s largest law firms. Among his books are Green Criminology and the Law and Sexual Regulation and the Law: A Canadian Perspective, both coedited with James Gacek, and Ancillary Police Powers in Canada: A Critical Reassessment, coauthored with John W. Burchill, Akwasi Owusu-Bempah, and Terry Skolnik.
