Lea Melandri is an Italian feminist theorist, writer, and educator whose work has shaped debates on sexuality, domestic life, gendered violence, and the politics of everyday experience since the 1970s. A participant in Italy’s feminist movement, she has edited journals, led long-running public seminars, and written across autobiography, psychoanalysis, and social criticism.
