Patricia McMahon

Patricia I. McMahon is assistant professor of law at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and director of the Oral History Program at the Osgoode Society for Canadian Legal History. She practiced law for almost two decades and is the author of The Persons Case: The Origins and Legacy of the Fight for Legal Personhood (with Robert J. Sharpe) and of Essence of Indecision: Diefenbaker’s Nuclear Policy 1957–1963.
